S. 1261 was introduced, by Senator Daniel Akaka (D-HI), on June 15, 2009. The stated purpose of S. 1261 is as follows;

A bill to repeal title II of the REAL ID Act of 2005 and amend title II of the Homeland Security Act of 2002 to better protect the security, confidentiality, and integrity of personally identifiable information collected by States when issuing driver's licenses and identification documents, and for other purposes.

The PASS Act has the following cosponsors; Sen. Lamar Alexander [R-TN], Sen. Max Baucus [D-MT], Sen. Thomas Carper [D-DE], Sen. Patrick Leahy [D-VT], Sen. Jon Tester [D-MT], Sen. George Voinovich [R-OH]

The PASS Act will create a nation I.D. ran from the Department of Homeland Security, a department of government, that holds itself out as “Preserving our freedoms…,” all the while, they trample upon them. The PASS Act I.D. system isn’t merely a national I.D. system however.

The PASS Act will enroll all U.S. citizens into a global data base for facial recognition by CCTV cameras. The PASS Act I.D. will conform to ICAO, a United Nations organization, standards. The PASS Act will not only help to finalize the fascist police state, in the United States, but help to bring us, further into, the fascist,  one world government.

It is also important to understand that Real I.D., using biometric information, with RFID chips, is simply a scheme to link your person, with your ability to by and to sell. The United States government hosts a web site for biometrics, Biometrics.gov, where you can read all about, the Orwellian hell, they are preparing.

The PASS Act is just Real I.D. in sheep’s clothing. Real I.D. was opposed by 24 state legislatures, and national organizations like the ACLU, and the ACLJ. Everyone across the political spectrum, conservative, and liberal, alike, recognizes the the offense to liberty, and freedom that this legislation poses.

On July 2, 2009, The Philadelphia Inquirer, reported that the Pennsylvania State, House of Representatives, of the State General Assembly, has passed a Bill to ban the forced implanting of micro chips.

HARRISBURG - Invasion of privacy is an issue that really gets under State Rep. Babette Josephs' skin.

That's why the Philadelphia Democrat introduced a bill, passed unanimously last week by the House, that would ban the forced implantation of computer chips in humans.

Conjuring Orwellian images, Josephs worries the identification devices - the size of a grain of rice - could lead to a real-life Big Brother nightmare.

State Rep. Josephs is quoted in the article;

"I'm doing, I think, what the legislature does too little of," she said. "This is a problem on the horizon, and I want to address it before it becomes a societal disgrace."

I agree with Representative Josephs; it is a societal disgrace to tag humans like animals. I reported, in my blog, that companies in the Salt Lake area, are requiring micro chip implants for their employees. 

State Rep., Dan Moul amended Josephs’ Bill to allow for the chipping of felons, and Guantanamo detainees, that might end up in Pennsylvania.

Josephs is hoping that the amendment is removed in the State Senate.

If Josephs’ Bill is signed into law; Pennsylvania will join Wisconsin, North Dakota, and California in banning forced micro chip implanting. The State of Missouri has passed a law, last year, making forced micro chip implants illegal, as reported in, The Texarkana Gazzette.

Forced micro chip implants are a clear, and present, danger to our civil liberties, and our very humanity, as the Global Fascists push, ever harder, for a cashless society, and one world government.

The plan, to force micro chips, on the population, is known in Washington D.C.. During the confirmation hearing, for Supreme Court Justice, John Roberts, then Senator, Joseph Biden, questioned Roberts on how he would rule on the matter, of forced chip implants.

It is unclear, from the exchange, in the video, either man’s personal, opinion, on the matter. It is clear, however, that it is a known issue.

Glenn Beck folded on the FEMA Camp story; wonder why?

On May 29th I posted the You Tube video of Oklahoma Highway Patrolman, Daniel Martin, assaulting an EMT. The video was taken, with a cell phone camera, by the son of the patient in the back of the ambulance.

This You Tube video had more that 1 million views, and was the second most watched video, on You Tube, May 30th.

If you never saw the video, here it is again.

After stonewalling, and attempting to cover up the incident, OHP released the patrolman’s dash camera video, through a FOIA claim filed by Fox 23, in Tulsa.

“We’ve been well aware of the fact that this incident has drawn enormous attention, but made the decision to protect the integrity of the investigation, any and all relevant evidence, as well as the rights of the department employees,” Oklahoma Highway Patrol spokesman Capt. Chris West told Fox.

In fact, police did not release the video because it shows Martin assaulting White without provocation. After threatening White and putting him in a chokehold, Martin called for backup. He repeatedly threatened the EMT operators, unleashed obscenities, and pinned White against the EMT vehicle.

The police video confirms what witnesses on the scene reported — Martin was out of control and assaulted the EMT worker.

Here’s the comment I left when signing the petition;

Daniel Martin's conduct was that of a bullying thug and he should be fired!
He put his attitude, and ego before the life of the patient in the back of the ambulance.

Police are public servants and should act within the best interest of the public. I have, more than a few times, had police tell me what they, personally, like, and don’t like. It isn’t about personalities; it is about the law, and public safety.

Daniel Martin put his attitude, and ego, before the life, and health of the patient in the back of the ambulance, whose, best interest he is suppose to serve.

Officer Martin assaulted Mr. White, in a fit of rage, for no other reason than his own ego. There is no, clear, reason, why Martin could not have followed the ambulance to the hospital, and taken up matters with Mr. White there.

On January 29, 2009 Congressman John Shadegg introduced H.R. 450, The Enumerated Powers Act, in Congress. This bill would require Congress to show Constitutional authority for each piece of legislation introduced both houses of Congress. By requiring Congress to show lawful authority for spending. The out of control monster, that is Washington D.C., could be put back into it’s box.

The Enumerated Powers Act states as follows:

Each Act of Congress shall contain a concise and definite statement of the constitutional authority relied upon for the enactment of each portion of that Act. The failure to comply with this section shall give rise to a point of order in either House of Congress. The availability of this point of order does not affect any other available relief.'

Politicians take and oath to uphold and defend the Constitution; the law of our land. We live, however, in a world ,of criminal thuggery, where the people who make the laws need to be forced to uphold the law.

Rep. Shadegg is quoted by World Net Dailey;

When he introduced the proposal Jan. 9, Shadegg gave a House floor speech reminding his colleagues of limited authority granted in the 10th Amendment of the United States Constitution.

It states, "The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people."

"What that means is that the Founding Fathers intended our national government to be a limited government, a government of limited powers that cannot expand its legislative authority into areas reserved to the states or to the people," Shadegg said. "As the final amendment in the 10 Bill of Rights, it is clear that the Constitution establishes a Federal Government of specifically enumerated and limited powers."

For that reason, Shadegg said he has introduced the Enumerated Powers Act each year that he's been in Congress.

A friend has made two trips into the FEMA Camp at Zion Kentucky recently. Zion is a small community, in western KY, near Henderson. The reports that I am getting says that this camp is huge.

The camp is laid out in a grid of one miles squares. The land has been cleared and roads put in. The roads are estimated to be 12 to 14 feet across.

My source has only been 12 miles into the project and he reports that it goes well beyond that. He reports that he has gone in, on the main road, 12 miles,  made a right turn, and then traveled 3 miles in from the main road.

The contractors seen on site, so far, are Martin Marrietta, and Kellogg, Brown, and Root (KBR). The work on the site is compartmentalized so that one one can get a bigger picture. The delivery trucks have to be escorted in, one at a time, from a holding area off site.

One striking thing about the site is that there are no construction contractor offices on site. If you look around any construction site you will see portable offices, mobile home like trailers, that the engineers work out of; there are none on this site.

It is apparent that it is a FEMA project as the dump trucks, on site, have signs that read “Disaster Relief” on them. My friend, noticing the signs, asked one of the workers, “Y’all have a hurricane up here?” The construction worker  replied that those were just the trucks hauling away the brush that they had cleared.

Another interesting thing about this site is that materials are only ordered and delivered as needed. Nothing is stored there including construction equipment. Construction equipment is only brought in as needed for each step of the project.

My friend also reports two, empty, man made lakes on the site. We have no idea what that is about just yet; they could be reservoirs.

A news release, on the KBR web site, reports being awarded the contract to provide temporary facilities during disaster.

KBR Awarded U.S. Department of Homeland Security Contingency Support Project for Emergency Support Services

 

ARLINGTON – Jan. 24, 2006 - KBR announced today that its Government and Infrastructure division has been awarded an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to support the Department of Homeland Security’s (DHS) U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) facilities in the event of an emergency. KBR is the engineering and construction subsidiary of Halliburton (NYSE:HAL).

With a maximum total value of $385 million over a five-year term, consisting of a one-year based period and four one-year options, the competitively awarded contract will be executed by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Fort Worth District. KBR held the previous ICE contract from 2000 through 2005. …

The contract, which is effective immediately, provides for establishing temporary detention and processing capabilities to augment existing ICE Detention and Removal Operations (DRO) Program facilities in the event of an emergency influx of immigrants into the U.S., or to support the rapid development of new programs. The contingency support contract provides for planning and, if required, initiation of specific engineering, construction and logistics support tasks to establish, operate and maintain one or more expansion facilities.

The contract may also provide migrant detention support to other U.S. Government organizations in the event of an immigration emergency, as well as the development of a plan to react to a national emergency, such as a natural disaster. In the event of a natural disaster, the contractor could be tasked with providing housing for ICE personnel performing law enforcement functions in support of relief efforts.

The excuse given for the building of these camps is conflicting. They are said to be for disaster relief and for a way to house aliens during a mass influx. From the the description of the Zion KY camp, it is more than just temporary, and could house hundreds of thousands.

Right now, these camps are located across the country, and the government has plans for more.

On April 29, 2009 H.R. 2159, Denying Firearms and Explosives to Dangerous Terrorists Act of 2009, was introduced to Congress by Rep. Peter King of New York. The intent of the bill is “To increase public safety by permitting the Attorney General to deny the transfer of a firearm or the issuance of firearms or explosives licenses to a known or suspected dangerous terrorist.”

This bill would allow the Attorney General, an appointed position held by a gun grabbing Bolshevik, to deny citizens their Second Amendment rights.

On April 29, with little fanfare or corporate media coverage, H.R. 2159 was introduced and referred to the House Committee on the Judiciary. The Second Amendment to the Constitution does not allow for any restrictions on any arms. The real problem here is that the Fascism of the Bush administration has been replaced by the Leftist Obama administration. The Leftist in this country view your very thoughts as a threat to them. All one has to do to be a terrorist, to a criminal leftist, is disagree with them.
